In winter, the problem of ash plugging occurs when the boiler has just been put into operation or when the boiler is out of service for a long time. The analysis shows that this is caused by the condensation of ash bucket and the loose sealing of electric air lock. The outdoor temperature is low in winter. After the dust collector is started, the hot flue gas entering the ash bucket will form dew in the cold ash bucket wall, and this place belongs to the flue gas stagflation zone, which can not be heated quickly by the smoke, which makes the ash that falls into the dust hopper stick to the ash bucket wall and cause the ash plugging. 

At the same time, if the sealing of electric air lock is not strict, the "water vapor" in the flushing water tank will be inhaled into the ash hopper, and the condensation at the ash hole under the ash hopper will also easily cause the ash to be blocked. In addition, the low power and unreasonable installation position of the ash hopper heating device are also the reasons for the ash plugging in the ash hopper. Therefore, in the design of ash hopper, it is necessary to calculate the power and installation position of ash hopper heating device on the basis of fully considering the local air temperature and ash discharge form, and to add the preheating program of ash hopper to the starting control of cloth bag, at the same time, to select safe and reliable, Seal the air lock with better performance and strengthen the heat preservation of the ash hopper.

Treatment of smoke from dust bag

The dust bag is drained by water, that is, the ash falling into the dust hopper is discharged into the flushing tank through the electric air lock and then discharged by the trench.
